Crushed and measured

Getting ready to cook them

You seriously belong in Utah, you little home-maker! I have never made jam, but looks so yummy!
Hey Girl... I have to tell you that you have done a really bad thing. Since we moved to TN, picking berries has been a tradition. The first year I made jam, and when we ran out of it in the middle of the winter. I bought some from sams, Well it sat there for months till strawberry picking again. I was told that last year I better make a year supply out of. So 29 jars of Jam later we have 2 left, and thank goodness the farm opens next week. So the bad thing is. you have now spoiled your family, they might never go back to the store bought. Oh and I took 2 jars home last year to my mom and dad, and they have told me, I better make them some more this year. So I guess I will be factory for a couple days.
I keep wanting to make jam. You've inspired me! You did such a great job...looks yummy!
I cant even make bread, know its not hard, i love the smell of it baking and when its cooled cutting a slice. Your jam would be a perfect topper. I planted a strawberry patch but hasn't really kick into gear. But I'm going to try your jam when it does. I live in Utah and they make canning simply (lol) my grandma from Tenn. shown me how to make freezer jelly Yummy!
I made some jam last fall for the first time and it turned out so yummy!! Isn't it so fun to enjoy the fruits of your labors?!
