I am so excited! I only have 6 more lbs before I reach my goal weight. 2 weeks ago I lost 2 pounds , and last week only 1. My goal is to lose 2 pounds every week. I am happy with 1 because it just means I'm close to my weight goal. I have to say my favorite class is body combat. I feel I get the best work out ever. So if you join or go to the Y try it out!
